Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb I just made this tonight. It was AMAZING!! I served it with a side of barley with some parmigiano cheese in the barley with a little salt and pepper. Sooo good ! The crust of the lamb sprinkles into the barley and everything was so yummy together. I also served it with balsamic glazed asparagus. It was an amazing pretty and fast meal.
